Have you people ever heard of reasonable doubt. There is no telling exactly what happen to their son. Its terrible that the public finds this story to be their business. its not. Let the court system that we all have so much faith in decide what is going to happen. I know if I was on a jury there is nothing that the prosecutors could tell me to elminate reasonable doubt.

here's your 2007 ballot:

it's actually also here, where your 2006 ballot should be -- a tech glitch resulted in the first year's individual data being overwritten.

That one sided motion was never litigated. Alex's lawyers made sure to file it under seal, so no one could scrutinize it. The DA's office never opposed it. It is a farce, Alex Midyette refusing to take the blame for his own actions causing the terrible image of himself. His screaming at the Judge, jury and reporters after he was convicted. His kid being in his custody when he recieved the injuries that caused his life to end. His rich kid motion to get rid of GPS tracking, that worked. Yes, their friends make sure to scream about posts, like those factual ones by Vlado, and Molly was convicted anyway. It's a farce to blame bloggers for THEIR problems.
